Return policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must;
Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be in the original packaging
The hygiene seal has been removed
Include proof of purchase
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at info@lunaramilano.nl.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non returnable items
For hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or if the hygiene seal has been removed.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are non returnable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new purchase once your return is approved.
European Union cooling off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
